We provide this document, a legal necessity, for £200. When required, we can then provide a full house clearance service, leaving the property clean and tidy ready sale / transfer.

Furthermore we have over twenty years experience in dealing with antiques and collectables and will be able to offer free advice to clients on how to achieve the best prices for items they wish to sell. We will be happy to transport any items to any destinations, whether they are being sold or retained.
